During 2004 the UW libraries completely redesigned its hompage using a user centered design process. To learn more about the results of a user centered design process please read the reports below. It is our hope that you can take the information located here to inform and improve your own usability efforts.
Our design process followed the following order: (1) Surveys, (2) Focus groups, (3) Prototype testing, (4) Usability testing and (5) Final rollout.
