The ProQuest Databases are down this afternoon. ProQuest claims they will have the problems resolved by 2pm, or 3pm. In the meantime, try searching for articles in the LexisNexis or Factiva databases. As of 3pm, ProQuest is back up, for now at least.
ProQuest Databases appears to be having problems if you try to e-mail articles to yourself; they may arrive--or they may be delayed for hours or longer. All ProQuest Databases went down yesterday around 4pm and remained down well into the evening, so they seem to be undergoing some instability. ProQuest databases include ABI/Inform Dateline, ABI/Inform Global, ABI/Inform Trade & Industry, National Newspapers, ProQuest Business, ProQuest Medical Library, ProQuest Newspapers, Research Library Complete, and Washington State Newsstand, among many others.
All ProQuest Databases went down around 4pm today and remained down well into the evening.
