Hoovers Online is working slowly and often not at all today; the vendor has been notified.
All Access+ printing, throughout the library system, is still down, as it was this weekend; Catalyst is working to remedy the problem with networked printing. Both the Balmer Copy Center and the self-service printer are affected by this problem. One alternative is to e-mail your job as an attachment to b16balm@u.washington.edu. Another alternative, for business students, is the Balmer Hall Computer Labs, on the 4th floor of Balmer.
The library's public computers, identifiable by the white cards atop the hard drives, print just fine to the Balmer Copy Center and the self-service printer.
